All of our services are offered at NO COST to prospective clients. There is no gimmick here; we do not collect ANY money from those looking to get in touch with a Keen Agent! We only collect money from our network of agents when you finalize a deal with an agent that we refer you to.

3. How do I use Keen Agents, Inc.?

Simply fill out the appropriate one-step form on the page that best describes your interest in real estate. Here's How it Works.

4. What happens after I fill out the form?

We will either call or email you (whichever you specify) with the contact information for the Keen Agent that best fits your needs. We will also provide the information that you supplied us with to the Keen Agent so that he or she will be waiting to hear from you! He or she may already have things set up for you!

5. What if I don't like the agent you referred me to?

We want you to be comfortable with your agent, so if you aren't completely satisfied, you may call or email us directly and we can provide you with the contact information of another Keen Agent.

6. Once I fill in the form, am I obligated to use a Keen Agent?

No! Our services are nonobligatory, and you always have the right to attempt to find a good agent on your own.

7. Why should I use Keen Agents, Inc. as opposed to a local real estate brokerage?

We have already done the research for you! You can trust that the agent that we refer you to is considered one of the best agents in your area and that you would have a hard time finding a better agent to suit your needs. Plus, our service is FREE, so it doesn't hurt to give us a try!

8. What do you mean by "The Premier Real Estate Network"?

Not just any agent can become a part of our network. Agents must apply and be interviewed prior to being asked to join The Premier Real Estate Network. Since agents cannot "buy" their way into our network, as membership to our network is not for sale, we are not compromising the quality of our agents for money.

9. Why does Keen Agents, Inc. need my phone number and email address?

This information is confidential and will not be shared with any third party; however, we need to have a way to provide you with the contact information of our Keen Agent.

10. Will Keen Agents, Inc. share or sell my information to a third party?

No, your information is confidential and will only be used to connect you with a Keen Agent.

11. I live in Odd, West Virginia and am moving to Zaza, Idaho. Can I use Keen Agents, Inc.?

Yes! As long as you are interested in real estate within the USA, our service works for you! In rare cases, we may not have a Keen Agent in your area yet, but we'll be able to utilize our network and quickly find the right agent for you in even the most obscure of places.

12. I'm a first-time buyer and unfamiliar with real estate. Is Keen Agents, Inc. right for me?

Our service is perfect for first-time buyers! By using a Keen Agent, you can trust that he or she is highly qualified and is prioritizing your needs. The Keen Agent will help break down everything that you need to know about the transaction so that you can be less stressed and more confident about your first purchase!

13. Why is the commercial page so simple?

Due to the many facets of commercial real estate, we believe that mandatory forms would not do justice to explaining what your interest is. Instead, we ask that you provide a brief description of how a Keen Agent can assist you. We will then contact you with the information for the appropriate commercial Keen Agent.

15. What is the prescreening process you use?

Along with reviewing one's resume, every Keen Agent has to exhibit qualities of a highly competent and dedicated real estate agent via a phone or an in-person interview in order to become a part of The Premier Real Estate Network.

16. What does it cost to be a Keen Agent?

There are NO monthly subscription fees or hidden costs with our membership. Your only commitment is to provide us with 25% of your gross commission WHEN you finalize a deal with a client that we have referred to you!
